Frequently Asked Questions

My custom Amiibo or statue came in parts. Why, and how do I assemble it?

Some of the products come in parts so they don't get damaged in shipping. They are really easy to assemble and all you will need is some super glue! Remember, a small amount goes a long way. If you want the glue to set/cure instantly, and remain clear, I highly recommend you use a product called Insta-Set and a CA based super glue. This is not required, but it will make the process faster, cleaner, and easier. The glue and insta-set that I use can be found here.

My custom Amiibo doesn't scan as anything in my games. Why?

Every custom Amiibo from my shop has an NFC (near field communication) chip installed into the base. These do not come programmed as the data belongs to Nintendo. For legal reasons, I cannot program them for you. I can however point you into the right direction as to how to program them! This can be done with most cellular phones. The tutorial I used to learn how to program them can be found here.

How long does it take to receive my custom Amiibo/figure?

I am a one man team printing and finishing the figures as fast as I can. It all depends on demand. Most of the time it takes roughly one week. At other times it can take up to three weeks due to demand. The average print time per figure is about 8 hours to 30 hours. The paint takes 1 day to cure and sometimes there are multiple layers to ensure the colors are perfect. After painting they are coated with a clear coat that takes 1 to 2 days to dry. This protects the paint and ensures that it looks great for years to come. After this there is shipping time, usually 2 days. So, please be patient. I promise the wait, if there is one, will be worth it!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, but I rarely advertise it! At checkout, try the code "MARIO". This will give 10% off any order, anytime. Congrats, you found the secret code. You can also reach out to me on Instagram for deeper discounts on bulk orders.

Do you do commissions or requests?

The answer to this one is tricky. It is yes, and no. There are many factors involved here. It mostly depends on how detailed the figure is, and if there is a model available for it. The minimum price is $40.00, and can sky rocket in price from there. Getting a 3d model made can be very pricey. On average the cost just to develop the model is around $250. Then we have printing time, painting, prototypes, etc. Feel free to reach out to me with your custom ideas, but please, don't be upset if I shoot the idea down due to costs or time. I LOVE hearing from my customers. The best place to reach out to me is here on Instagram.
